LMAO.

i understand wanting a 3" exhaust for when you go turbo, but a 2.5" cat back isnt going to make a significant difference from a 3". also, with a 3" you could potentially have not enough back pressure (IIRC 2-3lbs is ideal) which would cause you to lose power until you actually get it turboed.

who's the mod in here? let's try to keep this to strictly exhaust clips.....

2.25" exhaust with an Ansa muffler

Got my 3" piping kit in

just a question for the pesimists, why have a 3" intake? after combustion there is a heck lot more volume flowing through the exhaust pipes than the intake.

basically I am doubling my horse power so I thought I'd double my exhaust size... 3" is about twice as much as 1.75".


now... its $50 to mate it to my existing exhaust from before the cat... and approx $150-250 for a cool muffler... but it'd be pointless for the time being...

but come next spring I hope to have boost installed.

and Dan that black exhaust turbo manifold is made for a focus? it fit no problems?
