Question Spark plugs and wires

I need to replace these and I have read the Zetec FAQ thread on what plugs and wires work with this engine but can anyone tell me which brands they have had good luck with.

Re: Spark plugs and wires

I'm currently using Bosch Platinum +4 and 8mm Bosch wires. No real reason, got a good deal at the time.

Re: Spark plugs and wires

FRPP wires with autolite double plats always worked well for me. im currently running C-F-M wires and motorcraft copper core plugs

I just installed NAPA/Belden wires.

Lifetime warranty to original owner. OEM style with nice boots.

True. I used the Champion DB Platium Plugs they work good. gap the plugs at .50. I used Bosch plugs running from the MSD Blaster Ignition Coil
I suggest not using The Bosch 4+ Platium plugs cause Ive heard over time they tend to misfire & decrease your car's performance.

Re: Spark plugs and wires

I prefer using the original Ford Motorcraft spark plugs.
Mine lasted 67 000km and then bought new ones.
