Oye. I heard about this on the radio this morning. Stupid move on the kid's part. I didn't read the article, but they said on the radio that he was either going after the hat or trying to touch the ride?
Regardless, stupid move!!
It would just be easier to pay the family off (if) they sue, which we all know won't happen....
.....to avoid that much more public attention.
FYI if you do lose your hat/glasses/shoes/etc. They DON'T retrieve them. You're SOL.
