Are you planning on getting your bachelor's degree, or just your associate's? My uncle has an associate's from the CIA, and it presents problems when you decide you don't want to chef any more. With the bachelor's degree, it qualifies you for a whole lot more jobs if you should someday decide that's not your thing any more. (Many jobs say "must have bachelor's degree" but they don't care what it's in.)
