Water Pump Belt Tensioner (2.5L)

While I had everything disassembled, I found that the Belt Tensioner on my water pump housing is responsible for a sound coming from the engine bay. I can best describe it by saying it sounds like an old metal rollerskate wheel rolling across concrete. I noticed it at idle, usually while stopped near something like a wall, or, another vehicle. I confirmed this by actually turning the pulley by hand.

Can anyone give me a pointer on where to locate a replacement? It appears that it should be an easy thing to replace- given that it simply bolts onto the water pump housing. And, Teamfordparts diagram of the water pump (housing, impeller, etc) does not depict the pulley as being part of the assembly.

I've searched TeamFordParts, Autozone, Advance Auto, NAPA, and I've seen other people on this forum posting a similar question (none too recent without the problem later being identified as something else). But, ultimately, no answers.
