Hi guys! I'm from Europe. Got yesterday my first Cougar. It's 1999's model year silver metallic V6 ATX with all the options except sunroof. The condition is pretty perfect - I'm still wondering how the car can look anf feel like a new after 9 years and 100K miles! No rattles, no graze, no signs of wear. The previous owners were very solicitous guys, thank them.
Formerly I've owned 1st gen. Ford Probe (2.2 Turbo) and Mazda MX-6 (2.5 V6), both MTX. But the Cougar is a differend beast, it's 100% Ford as I know. Although acceleration with ATX is a little sluggish, I appreciate the comfort of ATX.
