First of all, Jacksonville doesn't have a police station, because they are served by a Sheriff's office. This is important, because their squad cars say "Sheriff" on them, not "Police." Not to mention their paint scheme looks nothing like that on the GTO you posted, oh and, a quick google search finds the IDENTICAL image on a website from 4 years ago for Australian Police vehicles... This particular car (bottom left) belongs to a police department in Victoria, Australia (which might also explain the right hand drive as well)
