You didn't see it on the news? Some dorks bill (flaaaaamin' gay guy) managed to get the bill passed. All auto parts retail stores will now have to remove any mufflers/resonators from their shelfs that do not meat the requirements, or explain to the customer that if they install it on their car it may not be legal.
