OK, after playing around with in options in UserCP I think its working.

I changed "Number of Posts to Show Per Page" to 50 per page. Before the update it was at 100. Then after the update it was set to "forum default"

Then I changed "Default Thread Age Cut Off" to show all threads. It was using "forum default" after the update.

Not sure which one of these fixed the issue (probably posts per page)...but it seems to be working now.
