Well, today I drained my coolant system. I had intentions of flushing the system with clean water and some prestone flush stuff BUT I ran into a problem. Couldn't find the drain plug under the car, I knew it was on the passenger side and that was it...well, I seen 2 of my coolant lines and was like "well, theres my plug, right there beside the coolant line and it was on the far right passenger side on the radiator (on the front, with the REAL plug on the back *not knowing that at the time .) Well, it was a metal nut from what I seen and went on to unscrew it expecting nasty coolant to come out...WRONG, some yellow fluid came out and it was HIGHLY pressurized, it hissed at me for like 5 minutes....I think it was something with the air conditioning system, well my uncle came over after he heard me sayin' some bad words and was like what did you do? I showed him and he said that it was "air conditoner oil" so i was like "refrigerant/freeon?" his response was "yeah, just with some oil in it" ANyhow i know theres someone on here to tell me exactly what i done and how i need to fix it hopefully. The fluid that came out was yellow and the nut actually held a metal line to the radiator/ ac/ thing. Anyhow, heres the picture...is the one in the front the ac condenser or is it the one in the back? im pretty sure its the one in the back but you tell me, ive done enough damage for one day. i have a picture with the yellow fluid on the radiator support.
