Wel everybody knows I was building a race car. I have found out some interesting news that the track I was going to be racing at 1)is a total wreck, half the front stretch wall is gone and they have highway dividers in place of the cement wall. The 51% track owner sold everything he owned in ohio and moved to florida and the 49% track owner is 500,000 in debt to a bank in dayton after losing his car lots.

So the other tracks that have compact racing are either to far or the cougar isn't a legal car because of the 6cyl engine.

So hears my question. Is anybody in Ohio up for a tranny swap? The race car is a manual so since i have everything, both cars are 2.5's I was debating selling the race car and all the stuff but after more thought perhaps somebody in ohio would want to swap my tranny from my DD so I can have a manual and if there is someone that is willing to do that you can have the auto tranny and the rest of the race car as payment for your time because I really have no funds with the moving out and divorce and stuff.

Let me know whos up for it. I dont have any knowledge on the mechanical side of this and I'm just assuming since I have the whole car with a manual tranny that all of the required components for a tranny swap are there.
