Yup, I still have my TX and FL houses -- my friend and his wife live in my TX house, and a management company handles renting the FL house for my sister and I. (It was our fathers house we received when he passed away.)

I'm actually in the process of planning a trip to TX right now. Probably will end up down there at the beginning of Feb sometime. I've gotta pick out new wheels for the Cougar this year, what better excuse to visit warm weather at the same time?
