well the car is running significantly better. I re-relocated the IMRC to under the intake... its totally dead right now but thats fine. I forgot to tighten a grounding screw [that one thats immediately under the battery... funny how I didn't notice that]. I changed nothing else... I wonder what that grounding screw is actually for?

Anyways I'm still throwing a cel, should find out this afternoon what it actually is.
