Thanks it's been a long process.

As for the MAF voltage we were using a ford scanning tool that the Ford techs use. It plugs into the OBD port and it's a huge hand held instrument. As far as I know the MAF was pegged at 5V on up but I don't have the data in front of me to verify. If that's the case then the ECU will should use the last known values which is probably the case. That would make sense as it starts to lean out the higher we go up basically because the MAF isn't reading the extra air coming in.
