No. It depends on what Blackcoog means by that. He could mean that it is reading max voltage at 5700rpm. The engine can still interpolate higher loads and continue to add fuel accordingly if everything is set right in the tune.
Then depending on the calibration of that stock MAF that means it could be reading something on the order of 30 lbs/min of airflow.
So let me take a guess with some beer math:
The SVT Maf is good to somewhere around 30 lb/min give or take a few lbs, so it's not incredibly high. This is approximatley 800KG/Hr.
For a 3L to max out the maf at 5700rpm and 800KG/hr he had to be seeing about 6psi into the motor at that rpm. A good true intercooled 6psi on a turbo car is good for between 290-310 wHP and about 280-300wTQ.
Then subtract about 15-20HP to run the supercharger.
I'd say
my best guess is he made about 280wHP and about 255wTQ
