I think you should leave the adaptive table alone. I've messed with it before and found no benefit to changing the stock values. For dyno tuning you can turn it off and get the car dialed in first, then turn it back on. There are only a few values I change for adaptive learning for forced induction cars.
Mainly that table is only valid for learning at idle and cruise anyway. You WANT the car to drive stock under non WOT conditions. You want it to be able to run optimum in closed loop. Based on this why mess with what is working?
If I were you I'd spend more time learning the timing tables and the base fuel table. That is where you can make your money at.
