Yes you can have her PCM tuned to sort of mimic the SVT PCM as long as you are using all the same hardware to include the SVT MAF that came with that car AND If you give us the year of the engine and SVT. This would apply to IMRC, EGR, timing, fuel tables, etc, but then we'd still have to preserve all the functions of the automatic transmission. So it would take a little while but not be too hard.
However, you will just get the equivalent of a stock SVT tune and if you are paying for it you may as well get a little performance out of it.
You should know that it would be smarter to buy a 3L block and make her car a hybrid 3L with your own stock intake/cams because those cams suit the ATX powered car a bit better than the SVT cams which are for an MTX powered car. The ATX isn't supposed to be rev'd up like the MTX which is where the SVT cams really make their money.
