Wow man, that intercooler looks BIG. Sure you aren't going to kill your boost threshold with that much volume to fill? I'll be interested in seeing the results but I'm thinking you just raised you boost threshold by another 1000rpm there.
But it ought to be cool dense air going in there so.....
