So, when I used to work at McD's there were definately some stories to be told

One sticks out in my mind though, with floor messes. My brother worked there with me for a couple months. They told him to filter the grease, which basically means, run the grease through a huge filter. This would drain all the grease from a selected bin. So he has never been trained on this at all and told him to do it. He runs the grease through draining one of the main bins for fries, he then goes to drain the other fry bin and doesnt know that its only setup for one bin at a time. So instead of draining it overflowed all over the floor. 20 gallons of hot grease all over the floor. Lol, we cleaned it up and a year later when I quit, that floor never was right. You could still ice skate on it.
