Been to CEG lately?
Since the majority of performance stuff is done over there first you might wanna search there. Lots of people have had problems with the driveshafts ripping themselves apart by the splines (not sure if that's the proper term, its just what came to mind right now).
Of course, I prefer to not have things break causing me to have downtime on an already limited schedule of having the car out, but if you don't mind downtime now and then, as as long as your sure it won't cause other damage then I can see why you'd wait on a budget build... No worries, if ya need em, I can get em for ya quick...
