Ok here we go...
I'll start with the making of the fenders!
I made a mold of the stock fender, including a part of the hood, fitted on the car...
Than I made in the mold a new enlarged fender!
I cutted the little flat lip and mounted it just over the new wheels!
Using a lot of PU-foam (poly-urethane)... It's the best and easiest way to get to a good shape!
When the foam was in a shape, I fiberglassed it, using filler and after hours and hours of sanding I came to this result!
For so far the fenders...
