Remember to cover up your LIM. Don't drop things in there. Simple common knowledge, but if something accidently fell...
Get the bracket. If you cannot it
is possible to modify your stock existing bracket, but why do it redneck? If you were in my situation as I was (2000 ATX Cougar) you'll see the throttle body cable hole. You'll notice the SVT TB is upside down

so your Throttle Body Cable needs to be way lower than it is stock. I drilled a hole and then filed it down to make a copy of it on the bottom part of the bracket. Works fine. Still get a SVT, it'll make life easier than running a mini fab shop in your garage.
Watch out for those stupid UIM Vacuum Lines. Press down on the retainer thing with your fingernail and then the line will pull straight out. These things like to break. DON'T USE ANYTHING BUT YOUR OWN HANDS. These seriously come out easy.
I have no idea where the stock spring and a spare bolt went to the throttle body. You may have the same situation. These were probably covered, but they were the biggest points of my day today. (actually, I didn't forget to cover the LIM, but others may.)
